How can this be?

These are things that when we read or hear them, we want to ask, how can this be? Some of them are true. Others are false. But all are things that many of us are familiar with.

All of these things are real.  They actually happened.  Like the one where someone used Mary and Joseph to defend relationships with underage girls.  As I said – how can this be?  And yet, it’s real.  It happened.

At the other extreme is a look at a song that Christians sing.  It’s about how God is never going to let us down.  Again – how can this be?  Never?  Honestly?  However, when we understand what Christianity – as taught by Jesus – is really about, it’s totally understandable.  And true.  When you read about the events that led up to this song being written, you’ll never look at God and the possibility of Him letting us down the same way again.  Even if you’re already Christian.

We’ll look at these two examples, as well as many other things that will likely leave you asking, how can this be?  At least you’ll be asking until you read them for yourself.  Then, sometimes you’ll really wonder – like the first example.  Other times, as in the second example – you’ll get it.
