The problem of killing infidels.
45 times the Qur’an says Allah (Allah / God) is oft-forgiving.
How then can one justify killing anyone who is thought to be an infidel?
Who is to say that God won’t forgive them?
For instance –
Sura 3:31 Say (O Muhammad to mankind): “If you (really) love Allaah then follow me (i.e. accept Islaamic Monotheism, follow the Qur’aan and the Sunnah), Allaah will love you and forgive you of your sins. And Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

Whether one is a follower of Islam or not – does this not say that Allaah is Oft-Forgiving and Most Merciful?
What chance does God have to be merciful or forgiving if one kills the infidel before God does either or both of them?
A bit earlier, we read –
Sura 3:8 (They say): “Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate (from the truth) after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from You. Truly, You are the Bestower.”

Note the words – “after you have guided us”. If you were an infidel before becoming a Muslim, how would you have felt if someone had killed you for being an infidel before you were led by God?
Of yeah. You wouldn’t feel. You’d be dead.
And that – quite plainly – is a problem with killing infidels.
And that doesn’t even take into consideration the very real possibility that the Bible was right – and that the path to true salvation and to God is through Jesus.
