Christian Trump supporters – COVID killing people
Over 350,000 people have already died of COVID here in the U.S. More than any other country in the world Is that how we should consider America being greatest? By the number of people we kill by our selfishness? Is this Christian?
Where I live, here in Southern California, some people are no longer being taken to the hospital. They are being left to die where they are rather than being taken to a hospital. Why? Because there aren’t any hospital beds left! Is this Christian?
There’s a shortage of oxygen in the hospitals. Without oxygen, more people will die. Is this Christian?
And all of this is happening as people insist on their right to gather for dinners in restaurants. Parties. Indoor church services. Is this Christian?
The Mosque down the street from me has been closed, for all daily prayers even, ever since early last year. They aren’t meeting. They aren’t protesting. What do they know that Christians don’t know? Maybe it’s that God is everywhere. Maybe it’s that Muslims know they can pray to Allah and worship Allah, wherever they happen to be?

Trump has long idolized dictators. Especially dictators of so-called third world countries. Well, now our country – the one he’s leading – looks just like any third-world country around the world. Trump is getting his wish. But – Christian Trump supporter – is this your wish? Do you want a leader who acts more like Caesar than like a U.S. President? Is this Christian?

Christian Trump supporters. Does this remind you of anything in the Bible? How about this:
The Fall of Man
Ge 3:1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”
Ge 3:2 The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, 3 but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’ ”
Ge 3:4 “You will not surely die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5 “For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
Trump claims to be so great for Christians. And yet, look at where he’s taking you. To a world of hate. Bigotry. Oppression.
It’s time to wake up. To pray to God.
Because God can, has, and will continue to protect and nurture His people without help from any man-made government. Christianity was born in the middle of the Roman Empire. And Christianity will recover from the Trump Empire.
God doesn’t need Trump. Unless, of course, it’s to reach out to you – Christian Trump supporters – and encourage you to turn back to Him.

Eze 37:15 The word of the LORD came to me: 16 “Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it, ‘Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.’ Then take another stick of wood, and write on it, ‘Ephraim’s stick, belonging to Joseph and all the house of Israel associated with him.’ 17 Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand.
Eze 37:18 “When your countrymen ask you, ‘Won’t you tell us what you mean by this?’ 19 say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph—which is in Ephraim’s hand—and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah’s stick, making them a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.’ 20 Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on 21 and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. 22 I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. 23 They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding, and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.
Eze 37:24 “ ‘My servant David will be king over them, and they will all have one shepherd. They will follow my laws and be careful to keep my decrees. 25 They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob, the land where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children’s children will live there forever, and David my servant will be their prince forever. 26 I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will put my sanctuary among them forever. 27 My dwelling place will be with them; I will be their God, and they will be my people. 28 Then the nations will know that I the LORD make Israel holy, when my sanctuary is among them forever. ’ ”
You know what? That is equally true for us today.
I will be their God, and they will be my people.
Conclusion – Christian Trump supporters – Are you happy? Is this Christian?
So think about all this. Pray about it. Especially pray about:
I will be their God, and they will be my people.
God is faithful. He will be our God.
However, we are not always faithful. In fact, we’re often not faithful.
And so the ultimate question isn’t whether God wants to be our God.
The real question is whether we want God to be our God?
In other words, do we want to be God’s people?
What do you think Christian Trump supporter? Are you Trump’s people? Or are you God’s people? You cannot be both. It’s time for a decision.

Or is this Antifa pretending to be Trump supporters? When Black Lives Matter/Antifa was burning down cities and businesses, I never assumed that ALL Biden supporters were in favor of that.
Hi Lisa – Please, look at the man. The things he says and does. How he treats people. Even his own people when they don’t bow down to his demands and don’t give him full support. What I’m trying to show it that the blind faith to Trump, regardless of what he does, takes Christians away from Jesus and what He taught. It’s about Christians being led astray by Trump and his use of Christianity for his own benefit. Christians cannot serve two masters – we must choose between Trump and Jesus. I used to be a Republican, but when Trump came on the scene I decided to follow Jesus – not man. Not Trump.
It’s that simple. We must choose. We cannot sacrifice our eternal souls for any man, Trump, Biden, or anyone else. But Trump is the one, at this time, that’s causing so many Christians to turn to him – and not to Jesus. Remember, moral comparisons between two people are really irreverent. The comparison that matters is between us and God. And, as Paul wrote – we all fall short. We can’t say we follow a man who’s we think is better than some other man. We must follow Jesus.
For instance, look at Trump denial of COVID as dangerous – claimed that it will miraculously go away – and that only .1% of people die from it. Sorry – but I care about the people that get sick – because I know far too many of them personally. I care about the doctors and nurses that deal with the danger and the emotional trauma of dealing with COVID deniers – because I know too many of them. That .1% number is totally false, because it’s based on the total population, not the number of people who get sick. So that’s a lie. And I know too many people who died. And here where I live, more and more people aren’t even taken to the hospital – even for heart attacks – because there aren’t any available beds! Those people are left to die at home because the hospitals are flooded with COVID patients! Even for me – I have to delay a biopsy for my cancer, because it’s safer to risk the spread of that cancer than to risk catching COVID – because if I did get COVID, I’d probably die.
How is this Christian? If I didn’t already know what Christianity was truly about – I wouldn’t want to become one. The whole thing would just turn me off. Now, it just makes me sick. It’s just so sad.
I am so very sorry that you have to go through this covid mess!! I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart!!!! My son was diagnosed with cancer last year and I told my husband that, thank God our son got his treatments. I really do not believe that President Trump wanted this to happen to you. I do not want this to happen to you and that is why we are at odds. I feel that the people that were just elected are not helping you – they are helping themselves to power.
